ABOUT THE EVENT:
This very special day is for anyone who has ever been curious about the history & origin of what we now know today as “Barre”. Many of us are unaware of how the exercises truly began & why they have had such a huge impact on the world of fitness. Lotte Berk was not only a healer, but an innovator as well & way ahead of her time. We cannot wait to have you learn directly from Lotte’s daughter, Esther Fairfax herself about the importance of understanding the origin of Lotte’s work. We will be looking at the work of Lotte Berk through the eyes of those that knew her best. The Original language of “Barre” has been hiding out in the countryside of England for the last 50 years & we look forward to welcoming you either in person or virtually to this once in a lifetime event!
